This is to certify that
having satisfied every requirement of Chapter VII of the Bylaws of the Quantum Coders Society, and having been recommended by the Fellow Committee with the unanimous consent of its members, was on the twenty-fourth day of October, two thousand twenty-six, ratified by the Board of Governors and elected a FELLOW OF THE QUANTUM CODERS SOCIETY, and is henceforth entitled to all the rights, privileges and honors thereunto appertaining, and to the post-nominal designation FQC.
