Membership of the Quantum Coders Society marks your place among the world’s elite engineers, from Student to Senior Member, and finally to Fellow: the Society’s highest honor, conferred by election alone and held by fewer than 0.5% of members.
By election.
Never by application.
The grade of Fellow recognizes an extraordinary record of accomplishment in the computing sciences. It cannot be applied for, bought, or fast-tracked, it is conferred by the Fellow Committee upon those whose work has shaped the field.
Fellows hold the post-nominal designation FQC, receive a lifetime waiver of dues, and form the body that elects each new class. Qualification is governed by six articles of the Society’s bylaws.

Applications for the 2026–27 cycle close September 30, 2026. Dues are prorated quarterly; student dues are waived for Collegiate Cup finalists.

Choose Student, Associate or Member. Senior Member requires an application with two references from Senior Members or Fellows.
Attend your first event
Your digital badge and register listing activate after your first sanctioned event, most members start with a Spring Open.
